How to Apply for Passport at Passport Seva kendra (PSK) under Tatkal or Normal Quota:

Approach 1 :

1. Register as a new user on the Passport India website.

2. Login with the user name and password selected at the time of registering.

3. Fill the web form on the website , as per your requirements.

4. Submit the application

5. Upload the required passport documents

6. Schedule a appointment online.

7. take the print out of the same along with originals and copies of all documents to the passport seva kendra.

8. Reach before time , as you need to take token again even if you have the scheduled time.

Approach 2 :

1. Download the E-Form

2. Register as a new user

3. Login with the credentials.

4. Fill the Passport E-Form and scan then upload it again.

5. Upload the requried passport documents

6. Schedule an appointment

7. take the print out of the same along with originals and copies of all documents to the passport seva kendra.

8. Reach before time , as you wil need to take token again inspite of having the scheduled time.

The PSK will function from 9.50 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days except Saturday and Sunday and holidays.Currently 3 Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) is operational at Hyderabad, address is as follows:

1.Begumpet - Door No: 1-8-368 to 372, Gowra Trinity, Sardar Patel Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016. ( Near Chiran Fort and US Embassy ) .

Azharuddin's Son Health Update

Mohammed Azharuddin Former Indian Cricket Team captains son Mohammed Ayazuddin sustained head injuries when the motorbike they were travelling skidded near outer ring road in Hyderabad at 08:30 AM IST.

Later Ajmal ur Rahman aged 16 years who is cousin of Ayazuddin succumbed to injuries in Apollo Hospital here in Hyderabad.Ayazuddin was driving Suzuki GSX R1000 with his cousin riding pillion. The 19-year-old Ayazuddin went on an early morning ride with 16-year-old Ajmal on Hyderabad's Ring Road. The high-speed vehicle lost control and the younger boy who was the son of Azhar's sister and grandson of former MP Khaleel-ur-Rahman was declared dead at the Apollo hospital. Ayazuddin has undergone emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. He has suffered severe injuries to his chest and kidneys. Currently he is on ventilator and his blood pressure is supported by medication.

Ayazuddin is the second son of Azharuddin from his former wife Naureen, and is a second year B.Com student at St. Mary's College. He did his schooling from Hyderabad Public School. Ayazuddin's mother and elder brother Ashaduddin are present in the Apollo Hospital. 

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy who played cricket with Azhar and VVS Laxman were among the friends and fans from the world of politics and sport who came to see Ayazuudin.

Akbaruddin Owaisi Health Bulletin

Hyderabad 20:00 , 1st May 2011:  Akbaruddin Owaisi MLA of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) is undergoing treatment at Care Hospital located at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Today second surgery was performed on his abdomen to remove the remaining bullet.

A total bandh was observed in the old city of Hyderabad and partial bandh was witnessed in the remaining part of the Hyderabad. Many buses where either cancelled or diverted by RTC from the charminar area. 

As per the latest Care Hospital Bulletin Akbaruddin Owaisi is in acute kidney failure and he is on dialysis. He is still receiving inotropic support to maintain his blood pressure and also continues to be on ventilator support. Huge MIM and Akbaruddin supports gathered on the busy road of Banjara Hills to get the latest health updates of the Young MIM leader inspite of being too hot climate but much to relief of many people it rained in the evening time here in Hyderabad. People who were not able to visit the hospital were found glued to TV's and checking out latest updates on channels like 4tv , HMTV , T News and other local news channels. Hyderabad Police had to barricade the road to avoid people rushing into hospital premises. 

While one assailant Ibraheem Yafai was killed in the defensive firing by security guard of MIM Malakpet MLA Ahmad Bin Balala. The two other injured assailants were being treated in a local hospital under police custody.

Overall the condition of Akbaruddin Owaisi is critical and he is being continuously being monitored very closely and intensely by a team of specialist.

Akbaruddin Owaisi Health Update

Akbaruddin Owaisi MLA of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) was shifted from Owaisi Hospital at Santoshnagar, Hyderabad to Care Hospital located at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for better treatment and specialized doctors.

According to the Care hospital , Akbaruddin Owaisi is still very critical has the bullet has caused extensive damage to his kidney and bladder and he is still on ventilator support . Akbaruddin is also given the dialysis as the result of the acute kindney complications. Many senior political leaders like YS Jagan , Rosiah and others visited the care hospital. Chief Minister Mr Kiran Kumar is expected to reach the hospital in some time.

In other developments , the one person from the Mohammed Pahelwan group expired and his last rights were performed here in Hyderabad.

Akbaruddin Owaisi Shot

In broad day light Akbaruddin Owaisi MLA of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) was shot with 2 bullets in the Barkas area of Hyderabad near the Marhaba hotel . At the time of incident Malakpet MIM MLA Ahmed Balala and one more corporator was along with him.15 people have been injured in this deadly attack and One person from the Mohammed Pahelwan group has died in the whole incident. on Akbaruddin Owaisi. Mr Akbaruddin Owaisi was on a padayatra in the old city of Hyderabad when he was attacked by Mohammed Pahelwan and his associates with guns and swords in the barkas area of Hyderabad . The reason for the attack is believed to be a land dispute.

Mr Akbaruddin Owaisi reportedly sustained bullet and stab injuries on the abdomen and in the hand.Currently he is undergoing treatment in the ICU of Owaisi Hospital located at Santoshnagar of Hyderabad , entire old city area has been shut down and section 144 has been imposed. Akbaruddin  Owaisi is said to be still critical  as per the details from 4 tv news channel. Even other channels like TV9, ABN, Sakshi, TV5, ETV are continuously reporting live on this news here in Hyderabad.


Akbaruddin Owaisi has been shifted to Care Hospital at 20:00 IST today for better treatment.

Telangana : Million's March

Hyderabad is about to witness march by Millions in the streets of Hyderabad and all marching towards Tank Bund in favor of formation of Telangana state. This march is being organised by all political parties like TRS , BJP , Communist party and other small organizations. Since intermediate exam was scheduled from morning 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM , this march has been adjusted to to cause least inconvenience to the students. This march is supposed to start at 01:00 PM . 

But security forces are not allowing any individual any vehicle or individual towards tank bund and have arrested many political leaders and student leaders. More over people are not being allowed to come to Hyderabad in groups and 47 trains in the Telangana region have been cancelled. 

As per the news being broad casted  , one person tried to self immolate who was immediately arrested by the police. Also few youngsters who reached Tank bund before time where also arrested. All telangana leaders have criticized this government action as this was supposed to be a peaceful rally . 

Many people are comparing this to the protests that occurred in Egypt , if dictators of Egypt can allow why not peacfull protest for separate statehood in Hyderabad.

All together this rally in support for formation of telangana was huge success . Senior congress leader Madhu Yakshi and KK from telangana region where not welcomed by people of telangana as they have not resigned et and as per the media reports even chappals where thrown at them.
